Exel® Microfibre Cloth now vacuum packed to reduce environmental impact
We have recently become accredited with ISO 14001 Environmental Management System Certification. This means we are reducing our environmental footprint by offering more sustainable cleaning products, while striving to achieve net zero emissions throughout our manufacturing and operating processes.
In order to achieve this, we are working towards minimising our plastic waste, packaging and energy use, and adopting renewables such as solar energy. These are all important steps towards net zero and a sign of our commitment to sustainability within the cleaning industry.
We are also looking at reducing our carbon footprint by improving how goods are transported, and this means that Exel cloths will now be vacuum packed. This reduces the container volume, storage and shelf space by nearly a half. The specification of the product is as before and vacuum packing does not affect the performance in any way.
